micro1 (https://himalayas.app/companies/micro1) is engaging Buildium Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Buildium. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on Buildium and property management experience to complete realistic workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

1. Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Buildium using your practical property management experience.

2. Navigate Buildium features related to properties, tenants, leases, payments, maintenance, and property operations.

3. Create, update, and manage property, tenant, and lease information based on provided workflow instructions.

4. Complete common workflows involving tenant management, leasing, rent/payment tracking, and maintenance requests.

5. Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.

6. Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.

7. Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Buildium tools, features, and actions used.

8. Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.

9. Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on experience using Buildium in a professional property management environment.

2. Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.

3. Current access to Buildium and ability to use the platform independently.

4. Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing Buildium workflows.

5. Experience with property management, tenant and lease management, maintenance coordination, or property operations.

6. Familiarity with rent/payment management and property management reporting is a plus.

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
