    About the Role

Join an early-stage construction technology team building AI-powered tools for blueprint analysis, estimating, and permitting. You will help shape the initial product, turning computer vision insights into practical user experiences that can support faster, more affordable construction.

    What You'll Do

    • Build intuitive interfaces that make computer vision outputs and complex construction data accessible.
    • Work with geometric data and streaming pipelines to support real construction workflows.
    • Rapidly prototype product experiences, then iterate based on user feedback and real-world usage.
    • Contribute across the stack, from React frontends to Python backends, to move the product forward.

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience building customer-facing products in a product-oriented engineering role, including taking a product from 0 to 1.
    • Strong React and TypeScript skills, with the ability to contribute across the full stack.
    • Proficiency in Python and comfort solving open-ended, math-oriented problems.
    • Strong computer science fundamentals or an exceptional project portfolio demonstrating equivalent ability.
    • Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early startup employee is helpful.
    • Familiarity with construction, real estate, PDF workflows, or Tailwind CSS is a plus, but not required.
    • Clear, empathetic communication and genuine motivation to help make housing more affordable.
    • US citizenship is required.

Base salary: $100,000 to $180,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
