This policy explains cancellation and refund eligibility for monthly, yearly and lifetime access to worldwideshemi.
1. Cancel recurring access
You may cancel a monthly or yearly plan before its next renewal through the available billing controls. Cancellation prevents future charges. Access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
2. First-payment guarantee
You may request a full refund of your first worldwideshemi payment within seven calendar days of the charge. Contact us from the email associated with the purchase. You do not need to provide a reason, and paid access ends when the refund is issued.
3. Renewals and later payments
Renewal charges and later purchases are generally not refundable. This includes a recurring charge made because a plan was not cancelled before its renewal date. We will still provide any refund required by applicable law.
4. Lifetime access
A lifetime purchase is eligible for the same seven-day first-payment guarantee. Lifetime means access for the operating life of worldwideshemi, not the purchaser's lifetime, and does not promise that the service will operate forever.
5. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
