Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter a contract where you live. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in access and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

A personal account and its paid access are for one person. You may not sell, share or transfer access.

2. What the service provides

worldwideshemi organizes publicly available job listings and project information with search, filters, scores and research tools. We are not an employer, recruiter or representative of a listed company.

Listings can change, close or contain errors. Verify the role, requirements and destination with the employer before applying. We do not guarantee an interview, response, offer or employment result.

3. Plans, renewals and cancellation

The checkout page shows the final price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes before payment. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel them. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the operating life of worldwideshemi. It does not refer to the purchaser's lifetime and is not a promise that the service will operate forever. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not unlawfully scrape, mine, bulk-export, copy, republish or resell the service or its compiled database. Do not bypass access controls or rate limits, disrupt the service, upload harmful code, spam others or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

5. Ownership and third-party content

Our software, design, original content, scoring methods and compiled database are owned by worldwideshemi or its licensors. Employers and other third parties retain rights in their names, logos, listings and linked content. External websites have their own terms and policies.

6. Service changes and account action

We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We may restrict or end access for a material breach, abuse, security risk or non-payment. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid access.

7. No warranties

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every listing or analysis is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Project scores and rankings are analytical estimates, not financial or investment advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, worldwideshemi is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost opportunities, data, profit or employment outcomes. Our total liability for direct claims is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date shown above. Material changes will be communicated on the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
