    About Eragon

Eragon is an Applied AI lab building an AI platform that powers self-improving agents for business enterprise. We’re working on memory, runtime, integrations, and product experience that make agents useful, reliable, and governable in real-world settings.

    About the role

As a Growth lead, you’ll help more people understand Eragon and build relationships with the communities, customers, and partners who can help the company grow. You’ll work across community initiatives, strategic partnerships, and product marketing campaigns-bringing Eragon’s story to life and turning engagement into lasting momentum.

    What you’ll do

    • Plan and deliver in-person events that introduce Eragon to relevant audiences and deepen customer and community relationships.
    • Build community initiatives that create useful, ongoing engagement around Eragon and applied AI.
    • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with organizations that can extend Eragon’s reach and create mutual value.
    • Create and run product marketing campaigns that explain Eragon’s capabilities, use cases, and customer value.
    • Coordinate messaging and execution across channels, teams, and partners, and learn from campaign and event results.
    • Gather audience and customer feedback and bring it back to the product and go-to-market teams.

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience in growth or product marketing, events, community building, partnerships, or a related field.
    • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make technical products clear and compelling.
    • Excellent project management and follow-through across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
    • Creative, commercially minded judgment and a bias toward testing ideas and learning from results.
    • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and representing Eragon with customers, community members, and partners.
