    About the Role

Lead a team of approximately five Account Executives in a growing B2B SaaS business serving industrial procurement teams across the DACH market. This hands-on, quota-carrying role combines coaching and team development with shaping go-to-market strategy and delivering measurable customer value.

    What You'll Do

    • Own a customer segment and help the team capture a significant opportunity in the DACH market.
    • Close deals against a personal quota while coaching the team to achieve collective targets.
    • Shape and execute go-to-market strategy for a greenfield market with sales leadership.
    • Help procurement customers optimize costs, reduce supply chain risks, and address regulatory needs.
    • Develop the team through structured training, hands-on deal support, and performance management.
    • Join key customer conversations to guide deal strategy, negotiations, and business case development.
    • Coach sellers on MEDDIC and use pipeline reviews, metrics, and action plans to improve win rates and deal velocity.
    • Identify ways to use AI to improve team productivity and share effective workflows.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least three years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive selling complex, non-transactional solutions.
    • At least one year in sales leadership, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
    • A sustained record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including personal quota ownership.
    • Experience coaching a team of approximately five, supporting deals, and managing performance.
    • Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy in a greenfield market and familiarity with structured sales methods such as MEDDIC.
    • Fluency in German and English. Experience with industrial customers or procurement technology is beneficial.
