Location: In-office, 5 days a week at our SoHo office in New York City. We believe great things happen when we build side by side.
Who We Are
Henry is bringing AI to one of the world’s largest and least digitized industries: commercial real estate. We help brokers work faster, win more deals, and drop the busywork. Series A, venture-backed, New York-based, and hiring people who want to build what comes next.
Why This Role
Henry automates back-office knowledge work for CRE teams. With Henry Deal, we turn a firm’s institutional knowledge-its underwriting models, comps, client relationships, and deal history-into every deliverable a transaction needs, from underwriting to pitch deck to packaging to close.
We’re the fastest-growing AI-native proptech company in the world. 150+ firms, including all of the largest CRE brokerages, have produced 20,000+ client-ready deliverables on Henry, representing more than $150B in underlying deal value. We’re backed by FirstMark, Thomson Reuters Ventures, YC, and Susa Ventures, and fresh off a $16.5M Series A.
You’ll own one of Henry’s largest enterprise partnerships. It’s a global, top three CRE brokerage rolling Henry out office by office across the U.S. under a firm-wide agreement. You’ll run it end to end and build Henry’s account management function around it as it grows. This is not a traditional account management role. The account is live and growing fast, and your job is to make Henry the best possible solution for this client. You’ll get deeply embedded in how the firm’s capital markets, leasing, and debt teams work, what they’re trying to win, and where they get stuck. You’ll spend real time on the ground with producers, team leads, and market leaders, not just on calls.
Think like a consultant and operate like an owner. The relationship matters as much as the solution. The best person in this seat knows their customer cold (their goals, their internal dynamics, what motivates each stakeholder) and becomes the person they trust, call first, and want in their corner.
You’ll have meaningful ownership from day one, a high degree of autonomy, and the mandate and resources to grow a marquee account. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and you’ll build and lead a team.
Responsibilities
- Own the partnership: Be the single owner of the relationship: the account plan, the commercial strategy, the executive map, and the number. Build trusted relationships from producers and team leads up to market and national leadership. Run a structured cadence with the firm’s leadership on usage, wins, roadmap, and what’s next.
- Land new offices and teams: Scope, launch, and convert them. That covers kickoff, workflow discovery, template design, onsite training, and adoption follow-through.
- Expand the account: Grow across teams, users, and use cases (BOVs, OMs, pitch decks, debt and equity packages). Own renewal and pricing conversations, and make the ROI case in the firm’s own numbers.
- Run the customer engine: Read usage and health signals to spot risk early and act before it becomes churn. Be the escalation point for anything the account needs, like urgent decks, custom templates, or product gaps, and get it resolved fast with the right internal team.
- Close the loop: Turn what you hear on the ground into product feedback and process improvements. Keep Henry’s leadership informed on exactly where the account stands.
- Build the function: Define Henry’s enterprise account management playbook (account planning, expansion motions, business reviews, executive engagement) so it scales to our other top brokerages. Hire, onboard, and lead account managers as the book grows.
- What success looks like: Every team hits its KPIs on time, with adoption that sticks. The firm’s leadership treats you as a strategic partner, not a vendor, and starts expansion conversations themselves. Henry’s leadership always knows where the account stands and what’s next. A repeatable playbook and a team are in place behind you.
How We Assess
- 3-6 years of experience across commercial real estate and consulting. The ideal profile: you started inside a global CRE brokerage, with at least a year as an analyst or in a similar deal-facing seat, then spent time in strategy, transactions, or management consulting.
- You know how brokerage teams actually operate across capital markets, leasing, and debt, and you can talk credibly with producers and market leaders about their deals and their materials.
- You’ve owned a customer relationship with revenue on the line, and you’ve grown it.
- Structured and commercial: You build the account plan, run the cadence, and know how to make the ROI case.
- A natural relationship builder: Trusted, direct, and comfortable in a room of senior brokers.
- You’re excited to be on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, and you want to help shape an industry-changing product.
- You’re in NYC or willing to relocate (in-person, 5 days a week), and you’re happy to travel to the firm’s offices around the country.
- You’re ready to work 60+ hours a week because you’re hungry, not because someone’s watching the clock.
- Nice to have: You’ve managed or mentored people and want to build your own team, or you’ve worked at or sold into a B2B SaaS or AI product.
