    About the Role

Join an early-stage B2B SaaS company as a Senior Platform Software Engineer. You will own cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and reliability for a high-traffic platform, helping the team make sound architecture decisions and ship with confidence.

    What You'll Do

    • Architect, deploy, and operate AWS infrastructure across compute, messaging, storage, networking, and observability.
    • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate deployments from commit through production.
    • Manage production PostgreSQL, including configuration, performance tuning, migrations, and backup strategies.
    • Balance delivery speed with investment in foundational system quality.
    • Work with stakeholders and product teams to shape architecture and technical direction.
    • Explore AI-assisted development tools and integrate them into build and deployment workflows.
    • Diagnose complex distributed-systems issues and deliver pragmatic solutions for high-availability services.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including operating high-traffic, high-availability systems at scale.
    • Deep, hands-on experience running production infrastructure on AWS and managing infrastructure as code with Terraform or a similar tool.
    • Production PostgreSQL expertise, including connection pooling, migrations, performance optimization, and backup and restore.
    • Experience building or maintaining production CI/CD pipelines and working with distributed-systems concepts such as ordering guarantees, idempotency, retries, at-least-once delivery, and partial-failure recovery.
    • Ability to read and understand TypeScript and Node.js application code, including NestJS codebases.
    • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, such as agentic coding tools, multi-agent setups, or MCP servers, alongside the independent technical judgment to debug and reason about architecture.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.

    Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary and employee stock options. Visa sponsorship is not available.
