About the Role
Join the commercial team at an energy software company focused on industrial battery storage. You will build customer relationships and own the journey from onboarding through ongoing satisfaction, helping the team understand customer needs and energy markets.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with new customers to establish lasting partnerships.
- Own customer onboarding and ongoing engagement, supporting satisfaction and value realization.
- Develop a strong understanding of the product, energy market, and customer needs to inform decisions.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a business-facing role.
- Native German proficiency and fluent English.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to develop product, market, and customer insights.
- Comfort taking ownership of customer relationships and outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Some experience or a genuine interest in energy markets.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €70,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
