About the Role
Join an early-stage legal technology company as its founding Chief of Staff, partnering directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, and growth. You will help establish an AI-native way of working and build foundational processes that can transition to dedicated functional leaders as the organization scales.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, including fundraising and investor relations.
- Build go-to-market, sales, content marketing, and hiring processes from the ground up, then transition ownership to dedicated leaders.
- Work with leadership to advance AI-native operations across the organization.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects with a hands-on approach.
What We're Looking For
- Typically 2 to 10+ years of relevant experience, including Chief of Staff or a comparable cross-functional role supporting a founder or CEO.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or as a founder, with a track record of building processes from zero to one across go-to-market, sales, marketing, or hiring.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives and fundraising or investor relations.
- Daily, practical use of AI tools as part of your core workflow, along with strong analytical thinking and first-principles problem-solving.
- Fluency in German and English; a background in top-tier management consulting is valued.
- Entrepreneurial, highly proactive, comfortable in unstructured environments, and willing to take on hands-on work across functions.
