What you’ll do

• Generate production assets for animation and AI-native film productions: character sheets, locations, props, and key visuals
• Keep characters and worlds consistent across angles, poses, wardrobe, and scenes
• Build interiors and exteriors that hold up in perspective, scale, and architecture
• Retouch, refine, and quality-check every asset before it goes to the team
• Keep the asset library organized so everything is easy to find and reuse
• Work closely with the creative director and animation team, iterate fast

What we’re looking for

• Strong image editing and retouching skills, with a background in photography, art direction, production design, or a related field
• Broad visual culture across film, art, fashion, architecture, interiors, and product design, with an eye for current trends
• Strong eye for lighting, color, composition, perspective, and anatomy
• A creative and technical mindset: you structure your work and find the fastest way to a high-quality result
• Experience with generative AI or 3D tools is a big plus
• Portfolio showing retouching or image work. It matters more than your CV
