Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

Build and run the end-to-end recruiting function at a growing AI communications software company. Working closely with the recruiting lead, hiring managers, and senior leadership, you will shape scalable hiring practices and help the organization grow with quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Align with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through relevant channels, screen applicants, and conduct initial calls.
• Coordinate recruiting processes to keep hiring decisions timely and organized.
• Negotiate employment contracts and guide offers through to closure.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies, processes, tools, and measurable KPIs.
• Build employer-branding initiatives and coordinate external partners supporting hiring operations.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and foundational HR processes, including team events.

What We're Looking For

• Recruiting or adjacent sales development experience; junior and career-transitioning candidates may be considered.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing and screening through coordination and offer closure.
• Experience building lean recruiting processes from scratch and measuring their effectiveness with KPIs.
• Strong candidate assessment, communication, and offer-negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms and software, and the ability to configure them effectively.
• Experience developing and executing employer-branding initiatives.
• Comfort taking ownership and adapting in a fast-moving software company.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €65,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Vienna, Austria.
