    About the Role

Join an early-stage AI software team to turn prospective customer problems into useful demos, integrations, and repeatable workflows. This founding role connects product development, customer conversations, and go-to-market experiments to help users get lasting value from the product.

    What You'll Do

    • Build working demos and integrations that address problems raised by prospective users.
    • Partner with company leadership to test which users the product serves, how they use it, and what drives continued use.
    • Connect product, sales, and onboarding data to identify friction and measure the impact of changes.
    • Build and evaluate thoughtful go-to-market workflows that accurately represent product capabilities.
    • Translate customer feedback into product improvements and clear documentation.
    • Preserve customer data protections, permission boundaries, and approval steps across connected tools.

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience building product integrations or go-to-market workflows and using direct customer feedback to guide improvements.
    • Ability to write code, connect APIs, and explain technical work clearly to non-technical customers or stakeholders.
    • A track record of shipping a workflow, integration, or product used by real people, and iterating based on feedback.
    • Experience connecting data sources or systems to understand user behavior or product usage.
    • Ability to run focused go-to-market experiments, measure outcomes, and stop approaches that are not working.
    • Background as a product-minded engineer, technical builder, or sales engineer, ideally in AI or B2B software.

    Location

On-site in San Francisco, United States. The role is not remote.
