    About the Role

Join the go-to-market team at a cybersecurity company as a Business Development Representative focused on small and midsize businesses in the DACH region. You will generate new pipeline through high-volume outbound sales and help build a reliable flow of qualified opportunities for the account executive team.

    What You'll Do

    • Build new pipeline through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Manage an SMB territory in the DACH region and meet daily activity and outreach targets.
    • Conduct discovery and qualification calls, then pass qualified opportunities to account executives.
    • Keep CRM records and pipeline tracking accurate in HubSpot.
    • Coordinate with go-to-market leadership and account executives to maintain a steady flow of qualified meetings.
    • Use feedback and performance data to improve outreach and identify useful automation opportunities.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced startup, consulting, sales, business development, or similar environment, including internships or working-student roles.
    • Experience in business development or sales, including outbound prospecting and discovery or qualification calls; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
    • Experience working with KPIs and activity metrics to measure and improve performance.
    • Native or fluent German at C2 level and strong English skills.
    • Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree.
    • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
    • Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
    • Local work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

    Location

Hybrid role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with one day per week on-site. The team works within EU time zones and communicates daily through a virtual office.
