    About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI-powered software for manufacturing. You will focus primarily on frontend development, creating interfaces that bring enterprise data and operational workflows together for use on factory floors.

    What You'll Do

    • Build interfaces for manufacturing applications and the platform they run within.
    • Own frontend systems and make architectural decisions that support consistency, maintainability, and scale.
    • Use AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality and thoughtful design.
    • Create reusable components, patterns, conventions, and tooling for engineers and AI agents.
    • Work with engineers and customers to understand needs and improve solutions.
    • Develop complex interfaces, including data grids, graphs, editors, workflows, and real-time state.
    • Identify and improve confusing, inconsistent, or unfinished user experiences.

    What We're Looking For

    • A master's degree with internship experience, or 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
    • Production frontend experience, with at least 70 to 80% of your engineering work focused on frontend.
    • Experience using AI as an engineering tool to improve development velocity and output quality.
    • Strong frontend architecture judgment and the ability to turn recurring UI needs into reusable patterns.
    • Care for usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
    • Familiarity with TypeScript, React, or Next.js is helpful.
    • Experience with design systems, component libraries, Storybook, testing tools, SDKs, developer platforms, embedded applications, or microfrontends is a plus.
    • Backend, design, or product experience alongside frontend work is beneficial.
