    About the Role

Join a procurement technology team to guide customer deployments from pilot through organization-wide adoption. You will work closely with engineering and customer stakeholders, turning sourcing and category-management needs into practical workflows and product improvements.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead customer deployments with engineering, from initial pilots through full organizational rollout.
    • Explore category-management and sourcing processes, then scope useful workflows across customer accounts.
    • Run discovery workshops and deep-dive sessions to translate customer expectations into actionable technical requirements.
    • Identify which solutions should become reusable platform capabilities and which are specific to an individual customer.
    • Partner with procurement leaders, category managers, and executives on long-term rollout plans.
    • Develop playbooks, training materials, and best practices that support onboarding and adoption across customers.
    • Share customer behavior and feedback with engineering to inform product requirements.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least three years of hands-on, customer-facing experience working with both end users and senior executives.
    • Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, or buyer operations; procurement consulting experience is relevant.
    • Experience designing workflows for category-management and sourcing processes, and translating client needs into technical requirements.
    • Experience managing customer deployments and creating onboarding or adoption materials across multiple customers.
    • Fluency in German and English, strong relationship-building skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
    • Experience with DACH-based organizations or customers is valuable.
    • Willingness to travel to customer sites.

    Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Equity may be available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

    Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany, with some customer travel.
