    About the Role

Join an early-stage AI hospitality software team as an Account Executive, owning sales from first touch through close. You will help hospitality operators improve guest communications and automate workflows, while strengthening the sales playbook as the business grows.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage the full sales cycle, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, discovery, tailored demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
    • Work with hotel groups, short-term rental managers, and multi-property operators, engaging founders, operations leaders, and guest experience teams.
    • Connect faster inquiry responses and automated guest conversations to reservation conversion, operating costs, and revenue outcomes.
    • Deliver tailored demonstrations that address each operator's needs and connect solutions to their property management systems.
    • Build and manage a territory through account research, thoughtful prospecting, and pipeline generation.
    • Use the existing sales playbook, then identify improvements based on performance and customer feedback.
    • Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and operator communities.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally closing B2B SaaS deals and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
    • Experience owning the end-to-end sales cycle and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
    • Experience managing people and working in a Series B to Series C startup environment.
    • A bachelor's degree.
    • Proficiency with CRM and outbound prospecting tools, including Salesforce or comparable platforms.
    • Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
    • Hospitality technology experience is preferred, including familiarity with property management systems, online travel agency distribution, reservations, occupancy, and guest support operations.
    • Experience selling to financial services or lending organizations is relevant.

    Compensation & Benefits

OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) is $180,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
