About the Role
Work directly with the founders to build the go-to-market engine for an AI platform serving private market operations. This full-time role spans sales, product discovery, client deployment, and strategic planning, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the founders across go-to-market, product, and company-building work.
- Build AI-enabled systems for account research, market intelligence, and relationship mapping.
- Lead discovery conversations with domain experts and turn insights into tailored demos and forward-deployed proof-of-concept projects.
- Translate prospect and client feedback into product insights and clearer positioning.
- Advance pilots and client deployments by identifying additional workflows and demonstrating value.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working across go-to-market, product, and operations, with prior startup or financial services experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market.
- Experience in private markets, financial services, or another complex, manual-heavy industry.
- Experience holding senior stakeholder conversations with asset servicers and fund managers.
- Ability to bring structure to account research, discovery notes, proof-of-concept plans, and client value cases.
- Curiosity about AI and comfort using it in day-to-day work, along with strong ownership and generalist instincts.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is €70,000 to €100,000 annually, plus incentives and meaningful equity.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
