    About the Role

Own the full deployment lifecycle for AI agents serving enterprise freight and logistics customers, from kickoff through production launch, hypercare, and scaled rollout. You will work across customer operations, IT, and business teams, partnering with product and engineering to make implementations successful and establish repeatable deployment practices.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead enterprise deployments through kickoff, go-live, hypercare, and large-scale rollout.
    • Map customer workflows and configure agents with stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate integrations with product and engineering.
    • Share customer insights with product teams to inform roadmap decisions and improvements.
    • Build deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve time to value and support team growth.
    • Coordinate change management and operator training to support adoption.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least 2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, including end-to-end enterprise software rollouts in B2B environments.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
    • Project management and coordination skills, with experience planning and delivering work across multiple stakeholders and complex organizations.
    • Ability to build trust, drive consensus, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Fluent English and proficient German; local work authorization is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
    • Experience in at least two of these areas: systems, integrations, or AI agent behavior; freight, supply chain, or operations-heavy industries; structured consulting or problem-solving frameworks.
    • Experience with AI agents, LLMs, software development, logistics, or change management is valuable.
