    About the Role

Join a growing AI-powered talent marketplace to lead demand-side growth and help companies find qualified candidates. You will own the client journey from initial outreach through onboarding, working across strategy and hands-on execution, with the opportunity to take on broader business leadership over time.

    What You'll Do

    • Own company acquisition from prospecting and first conversations through onboarding and activation.
    • Build trusted relationships with startup founders, executives, and talent leaders.
    • Understand hiring needs and translate them into effective searches on the marketplace.
    • Generate demand through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, events, and content.
    • Personally execute cold calls and tailored email and LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Test messaging, channels, customer segments, and commercial approaches, then turn successful experiments into repeatable processes.
    • Partner with talent and product teams to improve matching, client experience, and marketplace liquidity.
    • Track the demand funnel and improve conversion at each stage.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial, consulting, operations, or growth role.
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a venture-backed startup, management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.
    • Firsthand experience executing outbound client acquisition or demand generation, ideally engaging founders or senior leaders.
    • Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
    • Comfort working across strategy and execution, including designing a go-to-market approach and carrying out early outreach personally.
    • Recent in-person work experience and ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
